Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit General Construction Labourer to join our team at Bajwa Custom Homes Ltd. As a General Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of residential homes, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and removing rubble and debris.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Assisting in the mixing and pouring of concrete and asphalt
  • Performing other tasks as required by the construction team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
