Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our team at Meunerie Agri-Tech inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, ensuring high-quality output and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to process and package food products, maintaining efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Monitor processing conditions, gauges, and computer printouts to verify specifications.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Make adjustments to process variables to optimize output and quality.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Fluency in French language.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
