Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor security personnel, providing ongoing training and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and daily operational activities.
  • Oversee the adherence of site staff to established security policies and procedures.
  • Develop and manage shift schedules effectively.
  • Confirm that all security officers complete mandatory training requirements.
  • Encourage and recognize staff performance through commendations.
  • Implement disciplinary measures when necessary, ensuring proper documentation is submitted.
  • Manage attendance and performance metrics.
  • Conduct security audits and assessments.
  • Document and investigate security-related incidents and complaints.
  • Execute proactive and reactive security patrols.
  • Communicate effectively with the Client Service Manager regarding any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a security leadership role is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with applicable security legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

Prerequisites:
