Job Title: Family Caregiver

Marion Beth Tutschek is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, medication, or other health-related issues
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a caregiving role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
Work Environment:

As a Family Caregiver, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to clients' homes and may be exposed to varying environments and conditions.
