About the Role:

  • Leverage our consultative sales process to provide personalized support to seniors and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our communities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to drive referrals and traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, utilizing your knowledge to create effective marketing plans and events that resonate with our target audience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a consultative sales role, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the local community and surrounding areas, with a valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in related software programs, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
