About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at H&R Roofing. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, single-ply roofing, and metal roofing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems using a variety of materials, including asphalt saturated felts, hot asphalt, and gravel.
  • Install or replace roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
  • Erect and install scaffolding and other working platforms to ensure safe access to roofs.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license to transport equipment and materials.
  • Physical stamina to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
  • Hand-eye coordination to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a team environment.
