Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ski Instructor to join our team at Dagmar Resort Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques to guests of all skill levels.
  • Assist with the coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants.
  • Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, promoting a fun and inclusive environment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification or Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance Certification.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and flexibility, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
