Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at City Park Triple O's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Certifications
    • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
