Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Manufacturing Labourer to join our team at Emmerson Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will assist machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process
  • Set up and dismantle equipment as required
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance
  • Transport materials and tools to and from work areas
  • Remove litter and garbage from the work area
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues to the production team
Work Environment

As a Manufacturing Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity. You will be required to work in a noisy and potentially odorous environment, but with the right attitude and skills, you will thrive in this role.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Repetitive tasks and manual dexterity required
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weight handling up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
