Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global strategic plans to drive cost savings, productivity, and revenue maximization
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chains
  • Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and dashboards to monitor supplier performance and category trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities and drive business outcomes
  • Identify and develop qualified diverse suppliers to support our sustainability initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or related fields
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in SAP (S/4Hana) and MS Office 365
