  • Foster positive relationships within the school community that align with organizational values.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Any combination equivalent to:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Four years of successful teaching experience in diverse educational environments.
  • A minimum of one year of successful coaching experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in planning and delivering professional development.

Licensing and Other Requirements:

  • Valid Clear Teaching Credential.
  • Valid Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility or proof of enrollment in an Administrative Services Credential program.
  • Employment eligibility that includes background checks and health clearances.

Knowledge:

  • Instructional programs, methodologies, and practices that enhance student learning and achievement.
  • Leadership development strategies and effective supervision and evaluation techniques.
  • Current educational standards, curriculum frameworks, and research-based practices relevant to the role.
  • Culturally-responsive teaching practices.
  • Principles of adult learning and change management.
  • Effective professional development strategies, including data-driven inquiry.

  • Support, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs.
