About the Role

Maple Lodge Farms is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a co-op basis. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing and retail e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the launch of new retail store marketing plans, including promotional signage, email marketing, and website development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of brands and retail initiatives to inform website content and retail strategies.
  • Support ongoing digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to encourage staff to participate on our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Special Events Team and internal Design Team on creative projects and provide support on various marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a related program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Knowledge of the poultry and meat processing industry is an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days in the office.
  • Maximum 40 hours/week, day shift.
