About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical, scholarly, and administrative duties, including a substantial commitment to the care of children with spinal deformities. The candidate should have a strong academic background and be able to complement our Division's scholarly productivity.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to children with spinal deformities
- Participate in the emergency Orthopaedic call schedule at SickKids
- Contribute to scholarly productivity, including research, education, or global health
- Provide effective and collaborative leadership at the hospital, provincial, national, and international level
The successful candidate must be eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
What We OfferCommensurate with qualifications and experience, remuneration will be in the range of $300,000 - $500,000 per year, plus on-call responsibilities, to which will be added an equal distribution of billing overages.
