As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
    • Work with the maintenance team to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
    • Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that the team has everything they need to complete their tasks.
    • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Communicate with Staff and Management
    • Communicate effectively with cleaning staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of cleaning schedules, protocols, and any issues or concerns.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to cleaning staff to help them improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting
    • Office building, commercial facility, hospital/medical facility or clinic, school or educational institution/establishment.
