We are seeking a seasoned Branch Director for our esteemed client, a leading provider of construction machinery. Key Responsibilities:

  3. Meet asset management and market share objectives.
  4. Oversee the expansion of parts and service operations to maximize profitability.
  5. Lead the growth of rental services and their financial success.

  19. Ensure the maintenance, administration, and organization of the branch facility.
  20. Develop and nurture all branch employees to create a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success.
  21. Provide insights and feedback on future opportunities and competitive challenges.
  22. Manage health and safety protocols in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive, construction, or heavy machinery sectors.
  2. 5-10 years in a leadership role emphasizing sales and operations.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Strong team management and leadership experience within a Tier 1 Construction Equipment Brand is advantageous.
  5. Highly safety-oriented.
  6. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, and employee development capabilities.
  7. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Continuous improvement mindset with solid business acumen to oversee branch financial operations.
  9. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  10. Superior planning and organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  11. A valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract.
  12. Strong understanding and experience in sales-driven departments.
  13. Comprehensive knowledge of heavy machinery or related industries with a proven track record.
  14. A post-secondary degree/diploma in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
  15. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  16. Experience managing parts and service departments, recognizing the importance of Product Support in any dealership.
  17. Experience in managing a rental department is a plus.
  18. Familiarity with the local market.
Working Conditions:
  1. Primary work is conducted at the branch location, including the parts department, rental department, shop, and yard.
  2. Frequent meetings with customers at their business locations, including job sites.
  3. Occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) may be required.
  4. Personal protective equipment is mandatory as provided by the company, with strict adherence to PPE requirements.
