About the Role

Cameron Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Ensure that our gardens and landscapes are well-manicured and healthy.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain our lawns to the highest standards.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces with new plantings.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Provide the necessary care for our plants to thrive.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Ensure that our equipment is in good working order and that you are proficient in its use.
Work Environment

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to lift heavy loads and work in a variety of weather conditions.
