About the Role:

Our Application Development team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge applications on our ice platform. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with customers and project owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop callflow applications, web applications, custom reports, and system integrations using C/C++/C#, Crystal Reports, and databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Significant experience with C/C++/C#, Crystal Reports, and databases.
  • Experience with voice applications and programming skills in C++, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
