About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Global HR Systems Director to refine and drive the HRIS function at Stonewood Group Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR systems and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HRIS Strategy and Planning

Develop a comprehensive HRIS strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives process improvements.

System Implementation and Integration

Lead the implementation and integration of HR systems, including SAP and Success Factors, to ensure seamless data flow and efficient business processes.

Change Management and Leadership

Drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes, and lead a team of systems analysts to support the HRIS function.

Reporting and Analytics

Develop and implement a reporting and analytics plan to provide actionable insights to the business on people-related matters.

Vendor Management and Relationship Building

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including SAP and Success Factors, to ensure optimal system performance and support.

Requirements
  1. 10+ Years of HR Systems Experience

Proven experience in HR systems, change management, and process improvement, with a strong background in SAP and Success Factors implementation.

Strong Leadership and Management Skills
