Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Zoho Functional Consultant to join our team as we embark on an exciting new initiative. As part of our core business, we are launching an independent business that will operate within our value systems. This presents a unique opportunity for the right individual to be part of the foundational team and shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and shape strategies for internal and external initiatives
  • Explore and build solid foundations for our new initiative
  • Work independently and within a team to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Maintain regular contact with business line management to stay informed about new issues and initiatives
  • Assist in due diligence of appropriate strategies to support business expansion plans
  • Develop and ensure compliance with all processes, where applicable
  • Review resources and understand project demand forecast and capacity building
  • Prepare and conduct training where required
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports as needed
Requirements
  • Resident of India
  • Citizen of India
  • Proven work experience as a Zoho Functional/Technical Consultant
  • Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering/Tech. A Master's degree is optional but preferred
  • Must have Zoho Certifications
  • ~5 – 8 years of relevant hands-on experience within the Zoho Platform

  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis capabilities, writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills, comfortable working with the senior leadership team
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage and track time effectively, with attention to detail
  • Creative, able to think differently, willing to experiment
Technical Skills
  • Technical competence and understanding of Zoho
  • Process, flow, technical and functional understanding of Zoho comprehensively, with the primary areas being:
