Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of over 20 employees, including shippers and receivers
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Inventory Management
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure that inventory is accurately counted and recorded
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and inventory levels
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
