- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekdays and occasional weekends.
