Position Overview
As a Laundry Attendant, your role is essential in surpassing guest expectations by ensuring that linens are immaculate and well-presented. The quality of our linens significantly influences guests' first impressions of our establishment, making your contribution vital to their overall satisfaction.

Maintain a courteous, attentive, and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, addressing any concerns with care. Ensure that guest linens, common areas, and storage spaces are impeccably organized to create optimal first impressions. Prepare for shifts by organizing and stocking the laundry room, ensuring cleanliness and readiness with all necessary supplies. Monitor and document maintenance needs for laundry equipment and maintain an accurate inventory of supplies. Respect guest property and privacy, adhering to established procedures for lost and found items. Understand and implement all emergency protocols for the facility. Applicants MUST possess their own transportation, as public transit options are not available. Applicants MUST have flexible availability throughout weekends and weekdays.Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in laundry services, housekeeping, or hospitality is advantageous. Proficiency in English is required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.Working Environment
This role may involve extended hours and/or weekend shifts to accommodate fluctuations in business needs. The position is set in a dynamic environment that requires continuous physical activity and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role will also involve periods of independent work and the capacity to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
