Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products.
  • Perform dock audits and verify associate paperwork while generating reports.
  • Assist in investigations related to non-conformances.
  • Ensure that all output adheres to quality standards.
  • Test finished products to confirm that all requirements are met prior to shipment.
  • Utilize technical skills to identify issues and inspect root causes.
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain records using an electronic system.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and policies.
  • Communicate with the shift Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager regarding production progress.
  • Ensure all processing steps are completed for customer products.
  • Develop and maintain a daily routine for timely task completion and reporting.
  • Support other departments as necessary based on qualifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the department.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in quality-related roles.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, standing for extended periods, walking, and performing repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprint drawings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of ownership over job responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset with effective time management skills.
  • Consistent attendance is a critical requirement.
