Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Canada Y.C. Music Academy Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our music programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including social media content and website updates.
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our music programs and services.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track marketing efforts and analyze results.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the music industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other marketing software.
