Chief Executive Officer

Salt and Light Catholic Media Foundation is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. As the organization's top executive, you will be responsible for driving its mission to proclaim Jesus Christ and the joy of the Gospel to the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations and support for the organization's programs and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the organization's day-to-day operations, including human resources, finance, and programming.
  • Ensure the organization meets all legal and statutory requirements, including those related to broadcasting and charitable status.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the Roman Catholic faith and its teachings.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Director or CEO of a non-profit organization, with a strong track record of fundraising and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, human resources, and strategic planning.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with Italian as an asset.
