Job Overview

Paladin Security is committed to making the world a safer and friendlier place. We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Guard to join our team at Huron University College.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement security measures to protect property and ensure client rules and regulations are followed.
  • Check in students, confirm their residence status, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform security checks, liaise with students, customers, and the public, and ensure site safety and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Enforce compliance to company policies and procedures, and maintain written reports.
  • Administer first aid when required and maintain a positive, productive work environment through collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must possess an Ontario Security Guard License.
  • First Aid & CPR - Emergency Level certification.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Physical demands include excessive walking and standing.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and demonstrated punctuality and reliability.

Certification Requirements

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and a valid Ontario Security License.
