Job Title: Culinary Specialist

At Smart Kitchen Tech Inc, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our customers, while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. You will work in a central food commissary or cafeteria setting, with opportunities to work with a variety of food and kitchen supplies.
