The role of a Subsea Engineer involves overseeing and directing the operations related to oil and gas extraction beneath the ocean's surface. This position is critical in ensuring the efficiency and safety of drilling activities.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in the field is necessary.
This position is primarily based on an offshore drilling rig, which presents unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage oil and gas drilling operations to ensure adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
- Supervise a team of technicians, technologists, and fellow engineers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Address and resolve any conflict situations that may arise during operations.
