Stock Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team in Vancouver. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the latest products and styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process shipments, including unpacking and stocking merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to visual and operational standards.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including ringing up sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales floor team.
  • Use new technology and systems to service our customers and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with store leaders and retail partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales and/or stock experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, as well as any system/technology specific to Eileen Fisher.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
