Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data management initiatives and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data management and governance to business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data quality and integrity initiatives to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, and quality with a strong background in business analysis and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts, data governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data management issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
