Job Summary

MRT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Billing Clerk to join its team in Rouyn-Noranda. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily billing tasks, and supporting the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors, ensuring that their requests are properly handled and communicated to the relevant team members.
  • Process and register 85 to 100 invoices daily in the accounting system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research to verify proof of delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with other terminals as needed to address questions, requests for documentation, and other inquiries.
  • Provide technical support for accounting-related tasks, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements

  • DEC in administrative technique or equivalent experience.
  • Functional English language skills.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Office software, Outlook, and SAGE.
  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
