About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Body Repair Assistant to join our team at 360 West Coast Auto Sales Inc. As a key member of our repair team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Tradespersons and Apprentices: Provide support to our experienced tradespersons and apprentices in various aspects of automobile body repair, including moving tools and equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and signaling safety procedures.
  • Clean and Maintain Work Areas: Ensure that all machines and work areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to our company's high standards of quality and safety.
  • Support Safety Procedures: Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Perform Physical Tasks: Engage in physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads, as required by the job.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: This is a physically demanding role that requires working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
