Job Summary:

The Night Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work. This role will also involve hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, as well as responding to guest complaints and monitoring inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Respond to complaints of guests
  • Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
