Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient sales floor operations.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring effective team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
