We are currently in search of Sanitation Workers for our production facility.

Position Status: Full-time - Permanent

Compensation: $17.00/hour - After 3 months: $18.03/hour

Work Schedule: Fixed day shift

Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • General upkeep of communal areas (changing rooms, cafeteria, restrooms, factory entrance, offices)
  • Sanitation of equipment within the facility: sinks, soap dispensers, glove dispensers
  • Floor maintenance including mopping, using industrial floor scrubbers, brooms, and scrapers
  • Weekly checks of cleaning solution concentrations used in production, including maintaining the compilation register
  • Assisting in the washing section; cleaning specific tools and equipment
  • Inventory oversight
  • Completion of daily documentation
  • Maintenance of work tools and reporting any functionality issues to the supervisor
  • Ensuring adherence to the company's Health and Safety policies
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleaning is an asset
  • Knowledge of WHMIS is beneficial
  • Able to work in an industrial setting
  • Adaptability to program and task changes
