We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy through advanced analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial guidance and support, driving informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to inform strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement financial KPIs to measure performance and drive improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA is a plus.
  • Proven years of financial experience and financial planning and analysis, preferably within the wealth management industry.
