About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of perimeter security and fencing products. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality products are produced to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize verbal or written instructions from work orders to collect materials for processing and prepare pipe sections for welding.
  • Cut pipe using pipe cutting equipment and lay out pipe sections on a jig or table for welding.
  • Weld pipe sections using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques, applying cold galvanizing solution to protect welds.
  • Perform visual inspections on completed work to ensure quality and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Perform other warehouse and gate fabrication duties as required.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience with MIG, ARC welding.
  • Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 75lbs).
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to perform own layouts using jigs.
  • Ability to work around heat and chemicals.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Experience working with tools.
