Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffees, Iced Capps, Donuts, and sandwiches
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Operate restaurant equipment, including the cash register, coffee machines, and fryers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
