Job Summary

DS Electric Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our clients.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Keep accurate maintenance reports and documentation, and perform tasks such as splicing, joining, and connecting wires, testing and measuring voltage, loads, and ground faults, and troubleshooting and isolating faults.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install surface mount and/or overhead cables, and conduct preventive maintenance programs.
  • Documentation and Communication: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess Electrician Trade Certification.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be physically demanding and have attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a permanent work term with 40 hours per week.
