Position Overview

The Zhang's Family is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Housekeeper to maintain a clean and organized living environment. This role is essential in ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months preferred
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking household
  • Willingness to relocate is necessary
  • Work will primarily be conducted in a private residence
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Dust and maintain furniture
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered items
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Provide clean towels and toiletries
  • Organize and stock the linen closet
  • Sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Dispose of trash and pick up debris
  • Launder clothing and household textiles
  • Repair minor clothing and linen damages
  • Conduct light cleaning duties as required
  • Shop for groceries and household necessities
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Maintain cleanliness in changing rooms and showers
Safety and Security
  • Driver's license verification required
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding role
