As an Apprentice Agricultural Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work on agricultural and turf equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inspect and diagnose issues with agricultural equipment to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in agricultural equipment to provide expert advice and support to customers
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement effective service strategies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as agricultural equipment repair or maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
