We are seeking a skilled Interlocking Paving Stone Installer to join our team at Strong Base Interlock and Construction. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including interlocking paving stones, to create beautiful and durable outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Install exterior prefabricated products, such as interlocking paving stones, to meet customer specifications.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
- Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to maintain their quality and appearance.
- Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Document and prepare invoices and work orders to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete installation tasks safely and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in installation or a related field; will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
