Operations Shift Supervisor

At Tenaris, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Shift Supervisor to join our team in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing shift operations, directing employees, and ensuring the smooth execution of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage shift operations, including productivity, downtime, delays, and quality KPIs
- Direct employees, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Perform quality and safety inspections, investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
- Interface with maintenance, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manage safety and quality actions, report on daily productivity, and analyze critical failures
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to perform failure analysis, provide solution-based ideas, and manage shift work
- Intermediate Excel and Office skills, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
- Safety and quality-minded, with strong follow-up and analytical skills
