We are seeking a highly skilled Band Manager to join our team at THE 500 SELECTION SERVICES (MA). As a Band Manager, you will be responsible for advising on policies, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are developed and implemented to provide budgetary control.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development and Implementation
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Workforce Management
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Ensure appropriate systems and procedures are developed and implemented to provide budgetary control.
- Supervision and Leadership
- Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
