Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our High Prairie OSB division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring safety and efficiency, and driving productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Set the bar for safety and inspire your team to follow best practices.
  • Meet Production Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals, budgets, and staffing levels.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Identify and report on maintenance and safety issues, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills: Develop and implement plans to ensure the team is prepared for challenges and changes.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements
  • Experience in a production leadership role, preferably in OSB manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of OSB manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
