Taxi Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Taxi Dispatcher to join our team at NORTH STAR TAXI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of our fleet, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring seamless communication with our drivers and customers.
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, utilizing your knowledge of the area to optimize routes and reduce delays.
- Assist with maintenance of communications equipment, ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
