As the Assistant Vice President of Audit Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading the change management initiatives within the Audit division of TD Bank. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our audit operations are aligned with best practices and are positioned for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Change Management Leadership:** Collaborate closely with Audit leadership to define and implement the change management strategy necessary for the Audit function's success.
2. **Program Oversight:** Manage and monitor the progress of various program workstreams, ensuring timely execution from initiation to completion.
3. **Stakeholder Communication:** Provide clear and effective updates on program status, including analysis and findings, to both internal and external stakeholders.
4. **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Understand and manage interdependencies across different functions to facilitate smooth project delivery.
5. **Issue Resolution:** Proactively identify and address roadblocks, escalating risks as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Professional Change Management Accreditation is an asset.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams with strong people management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
