beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Wedding Caterer to provide exceptional catering services for weddings and other special events in Edmonton, Alberta.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute catering services for weddings and other events, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage event logistics, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a caterer, preferably in a wedding or event setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to respond to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, with physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
