Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Program Development: Design, plan, and implement marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct research on customers and prospects to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement campaigns to reinforce our unique value proposition and company brand philosophy.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on market trends, competitive shifts, and market dynamics to support new growth initiatives.

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage communications and content across email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Work with the team to develop reporting standards to measure campaign effectiveness and cross-functional metrics.
  • Brand Visibility: Lead efforts to increase brand visibility and awareness through strategic initiatives such as conference participation, digital marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Marketing Assets: Own, lead, and develop marketing assets for email campaigns, collateral, social posts, event tools, customer surveys, and digital ads.
  • A/B Testing: Coordinate A/B testing and other digital marketing performance initiatives.
  • Customer Database: Maintain customer and prospecting database and improve segmentation and personalization criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the customer success team to develop broad customer marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Tech Stack: Set up and maintain key reporting tools and marketing technology stack.
  • Agency Partnerships: Coordinate efforts with third-party agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Content Themes: Introduce key themes for content to support community and customer success efforts.
  • Sales Qualification: Implement a qualification process for sales and business development.
  • Social Media: Utilize out-of-the-box content and methods to leverage all social channels.
  • SEO and Discoverability: Oversee SEO and other discoverability efforts to maintain our global footprint.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the software and tech industry.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills and ability to explain technical terms in an approachable way.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and solid project management experience.
  • Creativity: Highly creative and diverse campaign success in multiple digital channels and event marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the non-profit sector is an asset.
  • Social Media: Proficient in social media management, including strategic planning, content development, scheduling, and posting.
