About the Role:

Ocean Park Mechanical is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and fabricating sheet metal components for various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to fabricate and install sheet metal components
  • Install ductwork for different systems, including HRVS, ERVS, VRF, 4-pipe fan coils, 2-pipe fan coils, and vertical heat pumps
  • Install seismic components for all equipment
  • Hang and install all equipment
  • Collaborate with project team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, and other technical documents
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Ability to meet sensitive project timelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
